Working draft — have a lawyer review before launch.

What we collect from buyers

Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive your e-mail address, the product you bought and a Stripe order reference. We do not see or store card numbers. We use your e-mail to deliver your download link and to answer support requests. We do not sell buyer data.

What the Lists contain

Professional contact details of college athletics staff — name, title, school, published work e-mail and office phone — collected from the athletics departments' own public staff directories. These are business contact details published by the schools for the purpose of being contacted; we do not collect home addresses, personal phone numbers or personal e-mail addresses on purpose, and we remove any brought to our attention.

Your rights

Anyone listed can request removal through the removal form, and buyers can ask us to delete their order records, by e-mailing support@reachthecoach.com. We respond within 48 hours.
