1. What you are buying

A licence to use a data file (the "List") containing the names, titles and published work contact details of college athletics staff. The List is delivered as a digital download. You receive access to re-download the then-current version of the same product for 12 months from purchase.

2. Permitted use

The List may be used only to contact coaches and athletics staff about college athletics: recruiting correspondence, and relevant professional outreach about camps, showcases, clinics, events, and products or services for athletic programs. Athletes, families, coaches and recruiting services may use it on behalf of the athletes they personally represent; businesses and organizations may use it to reach the programs it covers. Every message must be relevant to the recipient's role on a college athletics staff.

3. Prohibited use

• Marketing unrelated to college athletics, or messages the recipient's athletics role gives no reason to receive.
• Deceptive or misleading messages, and automated mass mailing that cannot honor an opt-out.
• Reselling, sublicensing, publishing or sharing the List, in whole or in part, outside the licence you purchased. Program licences allow sharing only inside the licensed program.
• Any use that violates CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, or applicable state law. When you e-mail from the List you must identify yourself truthfully, include a valid postal address, and honor any request to stop contacting a person.

4. Accuracy

Contact details are collected from public athletics staff directories and dated. Staff change constantly; we do not guarantee any individual row. If more than 10% of the rows in a product are out of date on the day you buy it, e-mail support@reachthecoach.com within 14 days and we will refund the purchase.

5. Refunds

Because the List is delivered instantly, purchases are otherwise non-refundable. Duplicate purchases are refunded on request.

6. Removal requests

Any person listed may ask to be removed via the removal form. We remove the record within 48 hours and suppress it in future versions.

7. No affiliation

ReachTheCoach is not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, any school, conference or recruiting service.

8. Liability

The List is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
